Relationship to the guarantee
The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee is a separate customer benefit and takes precedence for an eligible request within its window. This policy governs other cancellations, renewal charges and refunds without restricting mandatory statutory entitlements.
Cancellation requests
An authorised account holder may request cancellation through the approved support or account process, identifying the service and preferred end date. We verify authority and explain the effective date, any pending balance and data-export implications before irreversible action.
Billing and renewals
Billing frequency, recurring charges and renewal rules must be displayed at purchase. When an automatic renewal option is offered, its consent and cancellation method must be clear. A cancellation stops future renewals according to the approved terms and does not by itself guarantee a refund of a completed period.
Non-refundable third-party items
Domain registration or renewal fees, external licences and individually ordered third-party services may be non-refundable where already committed and clearly disclosed before purchase. Any legally required refund or remedy still applies. We will not invent or deduct undisclosed charges.
Service nonconformity and errors
A materially incorrect charge, duplicate payment or failure to provide a contracted service is reviewed independently of voluntary cancellation. We will correct validated errors and provide the remedy required by contract and law.
Payment return method
Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment channel where technically and legally possible, after verifying the payee. Where another method is necessary, it is documented and confirmed with the authorised customer. External banking or payment-provider processing times can vary.
Data and service access after cancellation
We explain the service cutoff and available export process before termination where practicable. Customers should keep independent copies. Personal data is erased or lawfully retained under the Data Retention Policy and the current Omani Personal Data Protection Law.
Disputes and assistance
For a billing dispute, send the invoice reference and a description without sharing credentials to info@3000host.com. We acknowledge and investigate the issue, keep an internal record and do not prevent lawful recourse to consumer-protection bodies or competent courts.
