General principle
Services must be used lawfully, securely and in a way that respects the rights and systems of others. Customers are responsible for users, applications and traffic generated under their accounts, including activity by persons they authorise.
Unlawful and harmful material
Hosting or distributing unlawful material, child sexual exploitation material, malware, phishing pages, stolen credentials, or content that unlawfully violates intellectual-property or privacy rights is prohibited. We respond to substantiated reports under the law and our enforcement process.
Spam and mail integrity
Bulk unsolicited messages, deceptive sender identities, forged headers, harvested address lists and relay abuse are prohibited. Customers must comply with applicable marketing-consent rules and maintain proper domain and mail authentication where required.
Attacks and unauthorised access
Denial-of-service attacks, credential attacks, unauthorised penetration attempts, botnet control, exploitation of third-party systems and distribution of malicious payloads are prohibited. Legitimate security testing requires prior written authorisation covering the targets, timing and safeguards.
Resource fairness
Shared and virtual infrastructure must be used within the agreed resource allocations and technical limits. Activity that materially disrupts other tenants or deliberately evades quotas may be restricted. We will identify the relevant limit where enforcement is required.
Customer security duties
Customers must protect credentials, patch applications, control access and promptly investigate compromises. A compromised account remains subject to protective measures even where the customer did not intend the resulting abuse.
Investigation and enforcement
Reports are assessed on evidence, severity and legal obligations. Responses may include a warning, rate limit, temporary isolation, suspension or termination proportionate to the risk. We will preserve necessary records and provide an appeal route when lawful and feasible.
Reporting misuse
Report suspected abuse to info@3000host.com with the relevant domain, IP address, approximate time and a concise factual description. Do not attach passwords, confidential tokens or unlawful material unless a secure authorised process specifically requires it.
