Agreement and priority
These terms apply to the services ordered from the registered legal entity operating under 3000Host. The approved order, service schedule, applicable product policy and these terms form the agreement. If an individual written agreement expressly overrides a provision, that signed agreement prevails to the extent of the conflict and subject to applicable law.
Eligibility and accurate details
Customers must have authority to contract, provide truthful account and billing information, and keep authorised contact details current. An organisation is responsible for persons it authorises to operate its services. We may verify necessary information before provisioning or accepting a change of ownership.
Service descriptions and orders
The service specification, resource allocations, supported software, charges, renewal terms and any service-level commitment are those expressly stated in the approved order or published plan at checkout. Illustrations, previews and unapproved plan information do not constitute a service entitlement.
Activation, fees and renewal
Activation is subject to successful order acceptance and required payment or verification. Billing frequency, renewal arrangements, taxes and payment methods are shown before a charge is authorised. We will not introduce an undisclosed recurring charge. Overdue balances may lead to proportionate restrictions following the notices required by applicable law.
Customer content and responsibilities
The customer controls lawful content, applications, users, credentials and data uploaded to an allocated service, subject to the contract and Acceptable Use Policy. The customer must maintain suitable application updates and independent copies of important information unless a particular managed service explicitly assigns those duties to 3000Host.
Security, suspension and abuse
We may investigate credible threats or misuse and apply proportionate protective restrictions in line with the Acceptable Use and Abuse policies. Where reasonably possible and safe, we give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Emergency action may be necessary to protect networks, customers or legal obligations.
Availability, changes and support
Maintenance, upgrades and technical conditions can affect availability. Any quantified commitment or service credit must be set out in the applicable approved Service Level Agreement or order. Support channels and scope are those formally published; a marketing page does not itself submit a ticket or create a response-time promise.
Cancellation, refunds and ending the service
The Refund & Cancellation Policy and 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee apply according to their stated scope. On termination, customers should export required data before the agreed cutoff, and retained personal data is handled under the Data Retention policy and applicable law. Termination does not remove lawfully accrued rights or obligations.
Liability and mandatory rights
Each party is responsible for its breaches under the agreement and applicable law. No clause excludes fraud, deliberate misconduct, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Specific remedies and monetary limits, where permitted, are stated in the accepted order rather than invented on this public page. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Governing law and disputes
Subject to overriding mandatory rules, the laws of the Sultanate of Oman govern the agreement. Complaints should first be submitted through a published official channel so the issue can be reviewed. This does not prevent recourse to competent authorities or courts.
