Customer ownership
Customers retain rights they lawfully hold in their websites, software, images, documents and other hosted material. Supplying infrastructure does not transfer ownership of customer content to 3000Host. The customer must have the permissions necessary to host or distribute the material.
3000Host intellectual property
The 3000Host brand, designs, marks and original site materials remain owned by their respective lawful rights holders. No licence to reproduce trademarks or proprietary materials is granted except as expressly permitted.
Prohibited infringement
Customers must not use the services to unlawfully reproduce or distribute protected works, impersonate right holders, circumvent technical controls unlawfully or host material whose use they know violates a valid legal right.
Submitting a report
A report may be sent to info@3000host.com and should identify the right claimed, the allegedly infringing material, the location or URL, contact details and a statement explaining the claim. Reports that include personal data must be limited to what is necessary.
Review and proportionate measures
We review the report and relevant law without automatically assuming its correctness. Measures may include requesting clarification, notifying the affected customer where permitted, restricting a specific item or complying with a binding order. Broad removal is avoided when a narrower measure is sufficient.
Responses and counter-notices
An affected customer may provide a good-faith explanation, licence evidence or an objection through the official channel, subject to binding orders and the law. False or abusive reports may be referred to the appropriate authorities.
No general monitoring promise
This policy does not imply that 3000Host proactively reviews every file or message stored by customers. Reasonable action follows appropriate reports, necessary security review or legal process.
