How to submit
Use an approved company contact such as info@3000host.com and identify whether the message is an abuse report, a billing issue, a service complaint or an appeal. Include a factual description, relevant resource and approximate time, without sending passwords or sensitive secrets.
Acknowledgement and classification
We record incoming reports, acknowledge receipt through an appropriate channel and classify urgency by risk to persons, customers, networks and legal duties. Acknowledgement does not mean allegations have been proven.
Investigation and evidence
Reports are evaluated objectively using the information reasonably available. We may request further non-sensitive evidence, verify ownership and ask the customer to investigate. Confidential personal information is shared only on a lawful need-to-know basis.
Proportionate action
Depending on severity, action may include guidance, a warning, traffic limits, temporary isolation, suspension or lawful termination. Immediate protective action may be appropriate in an ongoing attack or serious risk. Reasons are recorded, and customer notice is given when lawful and reasonably safe.
Complaints and appeals
A customer may dispute the facts, account action, invoice or proposed remedy by submitting a clear explanation with evidence. An appeal is reviewed by an authorised person not relying solely on the original allegation. Lawful access to competent regulators and courts is unaffected.
Confidentiality and record handling
Evidence, reporter identities and personal information are limited to those needing them for investigation, legal compliance and fair review. Records are retained and erased according to the Data Retention Policy and applicable law.
Reporting urgent security events
